Pophams’ Islington bakery is at 19 Prebend Street, with the separate Home & Pantry shop next door at number 21. This is the original bakery in a business founded in 2017. Pophams describes its house coffee as a blend developed and roasted with Assembly Coffee; the current bean recipe is a question for the counter. The bakery’s pastries and the neighbouring shop’s homewares give the two addresses different purposes.
